Funding Strong Coalitions: Turning Policy Into Impact

This webinar is the third and final installment in the Funding Strong Coalitions series. The first two sessions explored the foundational practices that make coalitions effective, from single-sector advocacy efforts to cross-sector coalitions working together to address complex challenges.

This final webinar focuses on policy implementation—how funders can support coalitions in turning policy into practice, ensuring that new policies are implemented as intended and deliver meaningful benefits to the people they are designed to serve. We’ll also explore how funders can support coalitions as they scale their work, including examples from national coalitions.

Finally, we’ll dig into some of the more nuanced challenges of funding coalition work, including how funders can help unstick leadership roadblocks, as well as approaches to co-funding coalition efforts. Together, these topics will offer practical strategies for funders looking to strengthen and sustain coalition-driven advocacy that advances lasting systems change.
